在固體與液體共存并以固體為主的分散體中，利用分散體的白黏性(或外加粘結(jié)性)，通過強(qiáng)制方式(如擠壓、重力、離心力、機(jī)械力、氣流沖力等)使固體粉料基本微粒相互粘接、增大，并形成一定形狀和粒度均勻、集中的顆粒群。濕法造粒成套裝置主要由混合(捏和)、造粒、干燥及其輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)備構(gòu)成。粉料經(jīng)混合(捏和)后，進(jìn)入造粒機(jī)形成所需粒度的含濕產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)干爆得到顆粒狀成品，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)造粒的目的。
