　　ZLG振動(dòng)流化床干燥機(jī)廣泛適用于化工、輕工、醫(yī)藥、食品、塑料、糧油、礦渣、制鹽、糖等行業(yè)的粉料顆粒狀物料的干燥、冷卻、增濕等作業(yè)。作為干燥設(shè)備使用時(shí)設(shè)備可同時(shí)具備干燥和冷卻功能，產(chǎn)品可直接包裝。大型設(shè)備一般采用分體式，以便盡可能減少參振質(zhì)量,降低能耗。

　　振動(dòng)源是采用振動(dòng)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，維修方便，噪音低、壽命長(zhǎng)。流態(tài)化勻稱，無(wú)死空隙和吹穿現(xiàn)象，可以獲得均勻的干燥、冷卻制品。

　　可調(diào)性好，適應(yīng)面寬。料層厚度和在機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)速度以及全振幅變更均可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。
